Term and conditions:

1. Payment/ Disclaimer
• Please transfer money to : DBS Savings Plus 063-4-002827
• Note: transfer from other banks will take 2 business days.
• Please transfer payment when order is confirmed, and I will give a payment confirmation once I have received.
• Exchange Rate: 1USD =1.55 SGD
• All items will be purchased only when payment is made. All sales are Final. No exchange is allowed. Please note that due to the lighting and differnt monitor screens, colours of items may appear different from what you have seen.
- If item is unavailable, a full refund will be given.
- Due to the extra administrative work needed ( printing, highlighting and sorting), receipts will not be issued. Prices indicated are the final prices inclusive of 6 % US tax.
- Rest assured that i am not here to cheat you or earn big bucks from you. Note that small fees have been added on top of your purchase to cover our petrol fees/ handling fees and time spent.


2. Authenticity:
• All items are bought from Coach/Kate Spade Premium Outlet Store.
• All items are BRAND NEW WITH TAG. What you are paying may be lesser than what is indicated on price tag depending on whether there are special discounts.
- Coach items will come with coach tissue and box except for mini skinny
- Kate spade bags will come with dustbags and paper bags and may or may not have giftbox.

- Any items from COACH/Kate Spade online/retail will be subjected to a handling charge and sales tax of 6%

Handling charge
For items from US$100 and below= US $10
For items from US $100- USS200= US$15
For items from US$200 -US$300= US$20
For items from US$300 and above= US$25
- Gift boxes can be requested at no additonal charge however please note that this may incur slightly more shipping cost.
- For skinny, no gift boxes are provided, i will try to get bubble wrap and wrap it up.
- Dust bag is provided for only some bags.

Sales tax
- 6% for the states that i am in.

3. Shipping option
a) Based on 3 pounds (1.36KG) weight, shipping varies based on weight.
• I will ship to your confirmed address asap after getting the bag.
• USPS First-Class Mail (FCA): USD22.65 -- 10 to 14 biz days - NO Tracking Number, NO INSURANCE (buyer is liable for missing and damage item)
• USPS Priority Mail (PM): USD31.50 -- 6 to 10 biz days – WITH Tracking Number and some insurance, abt US 80 per package. I will send the tracking number once I sent package.
• For items exceeding 4 pounds, will have to be sent by PM
• I will not be liable for any damages during transit or lost mails.
- Items can be combined between different buyers if you wish to for cheaper shipping.

Some idea of how much shipping you need to pay:
1. Small items (e.g. wallet, wristlets, etc.)
- FCAUS$5 - US$8
- PM US$25
2. Medium items (e.g. swingpack, pouches, etc.)
- FCA US$12 - US$18
-PM US$25- US$29.25
3. Large items (e.g. hand bags, totes, etc.)
- FCA US$22.65
- PM US$33.50 (est based on 3 lbs)


b) To be sent by normal mail/registered/arrange for collection when i return to Singapore in early june.
- Only for the 1st 20 skinny and the 1st 10 wristlets
- Postage for normal mail/registered will be advised again.
